Kadro Merchant is an e-commerce Web application, offered by Kadro Solutions, Inc., that enables a business to sell products online, manage an online catalog, manage product promotions, manage cross-sells, etc. I developed the IA for the application

This is a screen shot of the Order Detail screen. The screen allows an administrator to view all customer and product information associated with a particular order. Note that the application is configured for manual order fulfillment and therefore the interface includes UI controls for updating the order status and entering tracking numbers and approval codes. Merchant's functionality can also be extended to accommodate an automated ordering process.

Product Manager Screen

The Product Manager screen is used to manage the key attributes for each product in the online store.

Note the two columns: "Staging version" and "Production version." This interface enables Merchant's unique staging server, a feature that allows the client to change the parameters of a given product and, in real-time, compare it to what is currently stored on the live site. If the client likes the changes, he/she can then click the "Promote" button to copy it to the live site.
